Interview
Received a phone all from HR inviting me in for a preliminary interview, the lady was very friendly and curious over the phone, giving detailed directions on how to reach the office. The first interview was very brief as the Hiring Manager speaks very fast, I had a bit of trouble with the accent. Got selected to come in for a second interview. This one was a lot more in-depth and was a group in-house presentation and really gave me insight into the company's history and the direction they are going as well as the chance of upward mobility due to their expansions plans. Helped me see the bigger picture of where I could fit in the organization. There was a questionnaire after the presentation and a final interview to go over everything and said If selected I will know once the decision has been made in the next coming days.
