Interview
You’ll show up to the lobby with everyone else that applied. They will call you back one by one.
>First round - 1:1 (usually someone from the training & safety department) A more laid back part of the interview. But still very professional.
>Second round - 2:1 (HR and one other individual) This was the harder interview. Very detailed. They may even have you read, write, speak clearly (English) or do some other task.
>——rounds 1 & 2 usually happen on the same day, back to back. If they dismiss you after round 1, and don’t ask you to go back and wait in the lobby, you more than likely didn’t get the job—-
>Background checks
>Offer of employment
