Pinterest Technical Program Manager interview questions

If it was not for my recruiter and Hiring Manager I wouldn't have continued the process. I was reached out by a recruiter about a TPM role at Pinterest. Phone Screen: TPM manager, PM type questions. I was advanced to onsite. 1st Interview: TPM, Program management questions 2nd Interview: TPM, PM behavioral 3rd Interview: PM, Leadership PM type questions 4th interview: Data Engineer, Technical Interview. ( THE WORST) Before my 4th interview, I had a pleasant experience with my previous interviewers. But as soon as I turned on my camera, she(4th) was like '' I am here for your technical interview''. zero greetings, zero introduction. The interview started very cold, she made zero eye contact with me. The experience was just condescending and arrogant. I don't know if Pinterest actually asks their employees if they want to interview people or not. I am not sure what she was typing but she was not looking anyway. Got my metrics all wrong, somehow I kept going. Zero direction ... I felt it was most likely a No for her. 5th round: I was told by the recruiter that I would be having only 4 interviews but I believe this one was probably to collect more data to reject me. EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED after the interview. lol Long story short: stay away if you are a TPM. Not worth the time and energy.
