I applied for the Software Engineer role, despite being a good profile fit, and taking the time to do 4 interviews where supposedly I was succeed in all of them, otherwise why to proceed to the next step, I was rejected with a generic excuse. I can not comprehend why the HR need to put me in a month of interviews reach the final management interview, in theory I was succeed on it, and then reject me after I reached out.
In general a very unproffesional way of interviewing people.

After applying, the recruiter reached out about a month later for a pleasant chat regarding my motivations for the role. I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions about the company during the interview. However, I was disappointed by the lack of transparency regarding salary information, which was not only evident in my communication as a candidate but also seemed to be a broader trend within the company as mentioned by the recruiter. Despite this, the overall interview experience was nice, with the recruiter being professional and engaging. Greater transparency regarding salary expectations would greatly improve the candidate experience.
Very straight forward and effective. Relevant stakeholders were involved and jon resposnbilities were very clear. Company's goals and KPI's were clearly communicated to me asn well as what was expected from me.
