There are 3 rounds total, the last being with the academy coach. The first two were all behavioral, and a case study you have to do. The last round was mostly about your case study.

Interview
First you do a case study. Then you do an HR interview. Had a week to do case study. Heard back within a week. HR interview was scheduled within the following week.
I submitted an application through the point72 online portal and received invitation to Hirevue interview a couple of months later. The interview allowed unlimited prep time for the 2 minute response.
