Had several interviews for the position. Most interviews were loosely structured where we discussed tech and expectations allowing me to ask questions about the company. The interviewees were friendly and there were a few take home tests too.

It was a good experience. They guys were evalualting in a very light mood. Only one guy was interacting and other two guys were not participating that much. First question as usual introduction, then why did you apply for this thesis.
