Polyvision interview questions

The interview process was comfortable and laid back. After a telephone pre-screening, I had an in-person interview with the hiring manager and product director. I was called back in for a virtual follow up with a team member and HR before receiving and accepting an offer.

Combined interview HR and Sales Director. Straight forward interview more like a conversation outlining key responsibilities and how the candidate would approach them. Second interview with Senior VP Global Sales : a more detailed interview to explore how the candidate is looking at his territory and how he intends to manage channel partners and direct reports.
