online application (CV + cover letter) > psychometric test (english & math) > sports consulting case study 1 + fit questions > consulting case study 2 with senior leader + fit questions > offer
I did a screening interview for their intern positions. It was relaxed, they mainly tested my knowledge of the company and asked about my CV and cover letter. It was more conversational than an interview and gave me a chance to ask questions.
