There are too many rounds of interviews and too many participants in the interview process. There is room for opportunity at the company to streamline and make decisions quicker. It is easy to lose candidates in this market, if you don't move a little quicker.

Interview was fine, but communication after the interview was underwhelming. They did not contact me when they said they would, then the email I sent a few days later went unanswered. I sent a second inquiry which was finally responded to.
