    Brief, They just try to see how outgoing you are. I really advise you to be careful when you interview for them. They will tell you that sales average does not matter, that they will work on it with you. They will for a SHORT time. Only if it's during blackout. (When they can't afford to lose anyone.) As soon as blackout is done, they will fire you. They will feel no remorse.
