I received an email from HR asking for a time I could setup a phone call, I responded immediately and didn't hear back for several days. Finally, we got a call scheduled that was pretty useless, basically HR reading my resume to me. About a week later, I got an email asking for a video interview, which I replied back immediately, and it ended up being scheduled about a week later. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for about 1-2 weeks, and then was told I would be getting an email for a second interview. Eventually, I had the 2nd video interview, where the hiring manager told me they would be making a decision within 1 week. While waiting, I asked HR to please let me know the decision regardless, which they agreed to do. 3 weeks later, no decision has been made (as of a few days ago) and my emails to HR are now going unanswered. All in all, it was over 2 months, and I still haven't heard anything, though the roles are being re-posted on job boards. I would avoid this company if you value your time. They aren't serious about hiring, so don't waste your time.
