I went through three to four interviews with the onwer, his partner and some other lackies. I had some face to face interviews as well as some phone interviews. Obviously these guys had never taken an HR course as they asked me illegal interview questions such as; was I married, where I lived, if I had children, whether my wife worked, etc.
