Interview
Applied online then got an email saying that I was invited for a 1-1 interview. Afterwards a staff member showed me where I had to go. Furthermore I did the interview and they asked me the questions I listed below and after the interview they said that they will let me know if I was successful or not, then the next day I received a call from Primark saying that I got the job
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
