Interview
The interview was short and over - the - phone, speaking to the store manager. They mostly asked about my previous experience and availability, once the interview was over, they said they'd get back in touch with a contract. This happened fairly quickly, I had an interview in the morning, by the afternoon I had an email telling me that I had the job and had to come in for training.
One on one with the team manager of the department which i was about to get hired. He asked me situasional question like "How would you deal with an angry customer?" or "How do you cooperate in team when you have a bad day"
In the interview, I was told about the working hours and was asked several behavioural questions, as well as why I want to work at Primark and what I know about the Company and its values.
The process begins with an online assessment to evaluate initial skills and qualifications, and candidates who pass this stage are then invited to attend a formal in-person interview for further evaluation.
