Experiences
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Primrose Schools (Fort Worth, TX) in Feb 2016
Interview
I walked in, handed in my resume and was immediately pulled in to the office for an interview, I think teachers were leaving around this time to pursue other avenues, sitting in a chair face to face with the could be head honcho. I wiped the sweat off of my brow as i was asked endless( 7-8) questions, the interview was fairly easy, they weren't specific in telling me what room I'd be in, leaving that part of the interview empty for dramatic effect. Continued with interview question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions asked were very straight forward and required only one to two sentence responses, what experience have I had, what made me think I was a good fit for the job, what should they consider when hiring me( i.e. my special skills and what not). But the hard hitter was what age group would i prefer working with, my answer did not matter, they do not place in the age group you prefer, they float you until they see you excel in a particular age group.(they also do not expect you to be picky)
