Interview
Because this was a 3rd party contractor position, I was originally approached by people I worked with 15 years ago to take the position that I was already qualified for. I received a call from the president who did the phone interview. We just talked about my experience with the people purchasing the contract for which I would be working. There were several phone conversations regarding the starting schedule due to new equipment being shipped and I would be on hold until the shipment.

Interview
The interview was very informal but lengthy. There were two stages to the interview, one with Principal Service Solutions and one with the client company manager. The interview was both in person and over the phone and was a positive experience for me.
