I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (London, England) in Apr 2009
Interview
1) Problem solving test - three parts (quantitative, logical reasoning, diagrams), nothing extremely hard, take P&G's online practice version of this test, it is REALLY helpful.
2) Interviews - all based on the P&G's success drivers described onlne on their website. Try to answer in the required format (Task-Action-Result). The evidence can be pretty much anything from your academics, internships, extra-curricular activities. Try to demonstrate your leadership, prepare at least 3 to 4 clear examples!
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a personal conflict and how did you try to solve it?
Two Assessments taken on Procter and gamble website, as well as one behavioral interview where I was asked 4 questions. I heard back one day after my first interview that I was denied.
Very cookie cutter, 5 questions pertaining to all their STAR requirements. Sometimes an older fellow will ask a case study / scenario question-personally I was asked to estimate how many bottles of aging hair shampoo would be sold within one quarter.
