I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble in Oct 2009
Interview
I got the interview call through on-grounds interviewing at my university. During the interview they asked me behavioral based questions. I think a lot of emphasis was placed talking about past teamwork experience. I personally thought the interview went well but did not get a call back for a second interview. P&G is very selective.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Tell me about a time when you've worked in a team and how did you resolve conflict.
3 rounds, behavioral questions based on experiences and personal ideas. 3 different people trying to understand if you can be a good fit for the company. every round is a pass or fail and at the end they will eventually make their offer.

Question 1
Describe a situation where you had to work in a group environment that you didn't like, how did you approach it?
Three interviews, each with a director. All very standard technical questions. The interviewers were very nice and understanding but definitely critical of any incorrect answers. They did help steer me in the correct direction at some point, but only when I was already nearly there.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Procter & Gamble (Pretoria, Gauteng) in Dec 2022
Interview
Nice to chat to senior personal, however after completing a test and being invited to an interview. The 2nd part is challenges for new to the industry individuals. Hopefully next year I might have a better chance.
