Interview is not the usual strengths/weaknesses but rather they would ask you about your experiences before where you displayed something they are looking for. First is with HR lead then if you pass their interview, they will call you again for another round of interview with the hiring manager.

3 situational questions 3 about innovation and process improvements. As a fresh grad who interviewed with P&G, it was a bit difficult to think about what I improved at first but always remember even things done in university or during internships count a lot.

3 rounds - same questions - set of situational and behavioral. Each between 1-2 weeks. If you pas everything, you will be invited into a final discussion where you will discuss the contract details, etc.
