Interview
Apply online, email for online testing, phone interview, on site interview, and then a call with the offer once the background check is complete. Once the phone interview was over, while she was still on the line with me, the recruiter emailed me the permission form for the background check and scheduled my in-person interview. When the in person interview finished, the manager told me I would hear from the recruiter in about a week. I got an offer by email and phone 8 days after the in-person interview.

Interview
Met the minimum requirements, then I got a link to the four part assessment. Once I passed the assessment, almost right away I got an invite to a HireVue interview. Finally, I got to interview with real people.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.
It was a fairly lengthly process which involved the application, an assessment, pre-recorded one way interview, and a live virtual interview. Asked behavior-based STAR questions. It was extensive with at least 10 questions.

Interview
The interview process is extensive, there are several levels after applying for the position. Initially there are several questions to answer followed by a video interview with Behavioral questions to be answered in their STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result) followed by the following interview with an actual manager. This interview was also answering additional behavioral questions in the STAR format and answering several other questions. After all was said and done. I received an e-mail informing me they went a different direction.
