I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Prospero Engineering (Bristol, England) in July 2016.
Interview
Straight Forward, with Directors. It comes down to the individual being interviewed. We don't get caught up with process. If it feels right we hire.
What is important is to be yourself, we want to know the real person.
You need to demonstrate that you have the desire and passion to work hard. The rewards will come naturally depending on this.
We rarely refer to the CV. It is an honest discussion about where you are and where you want to be.
I certain circumstances, mainly for applicants without a recruitment background we will ask them to take part in a psychometric test.
