I applied through university. I interviewed at Protiviti
Interview
I met a recruiter at a job fair. They called me back for an interview several weeks later on campus. After that interview, I was asked to attend a 1-day in office interview process. There was a dinner the night before the interview and there was a group project and interviews with 3 different people.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How would your friends describe you?
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Protiviti (Singapore) in Mar 2025
Interview
Questions asked for both rounds seemed to be mainly culture fit and asking about past intern experiences. Interviewers were nice and were happy to answer any questions you had on the role. Though, expectedly the second round was slightly tougher. The questions weren't tough but just the intensity of having to think on your feet.
Quick and easy 3-part interview that took place over the course of a few weeks. Part 1 being an introduction Part 2 being a case study of rudimentary work for the position and Part 3 being a personality analysis.

Question 1
How do you think that you can fit in to the culture at Protiviti?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Protiviti (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2019
Interview
Beginning with phone screening then behavioral interview, both interviewers were very nice and laid back. It was more conversational in my opinion. I have yet to reach the case interview yet but that is the next step.
