Interview
I was contacted at the beginning of January that I had been selected for a phone interview. That interview occured about a week later and was fairly laid back and informal. I was asked the typical background information and goals-related questions. After about 2 weeks I was sent an email notifying me that I had been selected for a 2nd round on-site interview. That did not occur until the beginning of March but it was very organized and a very postive experience. I had two 45 minute 1-on-1 interviews with more of the same typical HR questions. about 2 weeks after that, I was called and offered an internship.

Question 1
What was a situation where you were working in a group and the other members weren't fulfilling their responsibilities? How did you deal with it?
Nice process and flow. Interviewer was nice with clear description of what was expected from the role, with smooth appliction process overall. Did not get follow up though, but seems a nice place to work at.
it was not so bad. There was not a lot of time to think about answers to the questions they were asking even though it was over video though. Doing the practice questions helped.
