Psyma interview questions

I had 2 interviews over Zoom. The people I spoke with were very kind and I thought we connected well. However, they ghosted me after the second call, despite my attempt at follow up. Even after the first call, it was radio silence for 4 weeks, I was surprised to even hear from them about a second interview. The least you can do with candidates is to let them know if they're moving forward or not. It left a disappointing impression despite feeling positively about the company and its people.
