Thus far, I have only participated in a 'screener' interviews for two (2) different positions in 2025. I was not selected to interview in the next round for the AD role I applied for, and I have not yet heard (as of Oct 3 at 3:15p CST) re: the second position, which is for a Supervisor role.
Both persons I met with were kind and each gave me the full 30 minutes to interview. Both interviews asked me to tell them a little about myself. The AD-screener (based in NYC) asked me why I wanted to return to a media agency after being on the client-side for the past 7 years, whereas the Supervisor-screener (based in Chicago), did not ask me this question. The AD-screener was a little less forthcoming about the company, its culture, etc., and tbh, this was most likely be because I did not inquire as much. The Supervisor-screener was very forthcoming, but I also made sure to ask about culture, what the planning team was like, how have things changed since I last worked for the Groupe, etc.
