I got Interviewed on 22nd October for QA automation engineer profile. The difficulty level was medium. I was able to answer most of the questions there were two coding questions, I was able to code one and told the approach for the second. Immediatly after the Interview I asked the Hr for the feedback, he told me that it could have been slightly better but we are taking you to the second round. Then 1 week passed I did not get any responce from the hr, I called him up he said that he was travelling with his family kindly connect on next on whatsapp. I texted him with my details just to remind me who I was. The next day I got the message from the same person that why would they go for the next when I have not cleared the first one. Then I called him up and asked why did not he informed in the first hand that I have not cleared the first round, his answer was I was continously messaging him thats why he got confused and thought I was some one else. But there were no continous messages, After his message that I had cleared the round there were no conversation for one week, Even if there was some confusion he could have clarified right away. And on phone this guy told me that even if I arrange for second round you will not be able to clear it. This was the wording Hr. I have never seen such an arrogant Hr. I think Sapient should take some strict action against such hr as the company may lose appropriate because of such egoistic Hr. Interviewer was good. Questions were not difficult at all.

Interviewer Not at all Intrested to take interview and also he was one who set up mind that he will reject Candidates. Then why should HR are arranging the interview I really shock like he is not listening carefully my answer as well. Please candidate Do not waste your time Giving interview in such companies those who are not able to listen and interrupted you in between.
