The interview process was smooth and consisted of three rounds:
Coding Round
Machine Coding Round
Core Values Round
The first round focused on discussing previous projects and the type of work I had done. It primarily assessed my technical knowledge and depth of understanding.
The second round was a hands-on machine coding test designed to evaluate practical coding skills and problem-solving ability.
The final round, the Core Values Round, aimed to understand how a candidate thinks and whether their mindset aligns with the organization’s core values.
