The company has no regard for your time. Would ask for elaborate answers while applying for the job and also to complete a 6-level coding challenge that is not even remotely related to what you will be doing on the job. After all this, the company would send you a generic rejection email.
If you want candidates to write personalized answers and spend time on the coding challenge, then the least you can do is provide reasons for why you are rejecting an application.

Interview
1 - Cypher test;
2 - Screening with HR;
3 - Take-home test (they say 3 hours but it will probably take longer to do);
4 - Pair programming with a manager, who will ask for a few more features;
5 - Interview with the Head of Engineering and the VP (who didn't say a word during the interview);
6 - Interview with a team leader;
And then "well, we did not think you are a good match".
