Interview
The HireVue HR interview focused more on behavioral questions rather than technical ones. It consisted of 9 questions in total: 6 video-recorded and 3 written. For the video section, you are given 60 seconds to prepare your answer and up to 3 attempts to record it. You can take another 60 seconds to prepare between each attempt, giving you a total of 2 minutes of preparation time if you recorded 3 times. The prompt for each question starts right after an introductory video plays. ONLY the very first introductory question allows only 2 recording attempts instead of 3.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PwC (Accra)
Interview
It was a really interesting interview process. Two interviews. A Manager interview, which focused on technical "Talk about a time.." questions, and a Partner interview which focused on the more generic interview questions. Both panels were really friendly.

Question 1
If you realised a colleague was going against privacy concerns, what will you do?
The process at PwC is very convenient. They answer to applicants very quickly, unsure however whether if it is due to their computer system or not, but after initial application, behavior & aptitude test was sent after 2 days, and as far as I have reached, the video interview was sent less than a week later. Waiting for an answer after the interview.
