I was hired as an expat directly from the head office in France. there was not really an interview process in my case, I only had one interview with my future boss, but the matter was already decided as this is part of the policy of the company itself. Regarding the initial interview of entering in the headoffice: 4 interviewers - HR, department chief and division chief. Good experience all of them had a good vision of how the company should be developed and what kind of talent they should hire
