Fit interview with several technical questions. How do you value a company? How would you value a firm using multiples? how would a change in depreciation be reflected on all financial statements?

Interview
There were two interviewers both of whom were very friendly and not daunting like I was warned. The questions were creative and were mostly behavioral questions. They described the nature of the work but repeatedly said it was a really stressful position and wanted to make sure whoever they were hiring was able to take on the stress and pace of the job.

Interview
Had to do three screening tests (behavioural, reasoning and numerical tests), then after I had a phone interview. The screening tests were more to judge how well you reasoned situations and how you came to a conclusion of your answer rather than the actual answer itself.
