I first spoke with the HR rep for a phone screening interview 5 weeks after applying. It was 6 weeks before I was scheduled to speak with the hiring manager on the phone. Another 2 months goes by before I was asked to come in for a face to face with members of the team. These were done individually instead of panel based, which in my opinion, was very inefficient as most of their questions were the same. After the interview, it took another 3 weeks before getting back to me with a low offer and ultimately passing on the position.
