Interview
The interview process was a very relaxed low stress process. I first met the recruiter at a recruiting event held on campus and was offered an on campus interview. I met we the managing partner and we mostly chatted about my interests and what I do for fun. Next was the in office interview which was basically a tour of the office and chatting with the current employees about what we expect out of an employer.

I wasn't asked any interview questions mostly chatted about my life.
easy and friendly, one manager and one partner interviewed. about one hour seesion.they shared about company culture and also looked through my resume, asked about my school experiences and intern experience.
The interview went quite smoothly as the questions were not very difficult. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable, and the HR representative was also kind and approachable.
Assessment centre consisted of interview, group task, individual case study and diary entry task. the assessors were friendly and nice to talk to. make sure you prepare well and give answers in STAR format
