It was the worst interview/recruiting process I've ever dealt with. It starts with a phone screen with the HR recruiter. Then, they rush you to talk to a hiring manager to chat 30 mins. Then they rush you to bring you in for an on-site. There is a 1 hour presentation you must do on a past project (which they gave me 36 hours to prep and turn in a PDF) followed by another 3 hours of back to back to back to back interviews. They mostly grill you and asks you hypothetical challenges: "how would you solve this issue." It suspiciously sound too realistic of what they're currently going through. I may be cynical, but they may be trying to get free ideas. After they take their notes, you're told to have a separate meeting with an executive. I know I passed my interviews because they went to the referral stage. And then they string you along for a few weeks saying they need time to assess other interviewers and then ghosts you. I honestly don't think they really have much intent of hiring unless you're the exact fit they're looking for and for the right price. They're essentially looking for a unicorn on a bargain. What they're trying to do is risky and they're behind schedule. There were many red flags during the entire process.
