I was a Crew member before getting promoted to RZM then to RM. the experience is really standard driven with amazing culture and the vision and mission statements speak to themselves when seeing the goal behind RPS and everything leading up to running the perfect Restaurant.

It was described to me as a lengthy process of 2 to 3 weeks. My first interview was with their in-house recruited and second interview was with a newly appointed area manager.
