Interview
The day of my interview I meet with both principals of the agency. They were prepared, professional, asked relevant questions and were genuinely interested in my background. The interview process took about 1-1/2 hours and the conversation seemed very natural, organic and free flowing. They spoke about current challenges, operations, clients, their backgrounds and opportunities within the organization. I left the interview feeling really energized, more informed about the role and a clear understanding of next steps.
