The interview process was exhaustive and time-consuming — multiple rounds in addition to a presentation assignment. After several weeks of this process, I was informed by the recruiter to say they were no longer hiring for the role, even though the feedback from everyone throughout was very positive. Any restructuring/headcount issues should be addressed prior to putting a job posting online, as this experience was ultimately a waste of this candidate's time. This negatively impacts my impression of the company.
