Red Ventures Project Manager, Content Operations interview questions

Recruiter email asking for interview availability. Met with Hiring Manager. Positive feedback was provided. Recruiter sends me an availability request for the 2nd round/panel interview, and then I am ghosted. Despite multiple follow-ups, no interview is scheduled. I believe this shows an extreme disorganization and lack of consideration for candidates. For this reason, I do not recommend this company as an employer.
