I had a phone call with an interviewer that went well after submitting my application to the internship. Though I did not get a second interview since the program was selective, the phone call went well and the interviewer was easygoing and fun to talk to.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Reebok in Aug 2010

Applied it online then asked to fill up some questionnaire w questions such as: why you like Reebok? and other things that show how you're outgoing.
WIthin few days, I got the company offered me the intern and without interview. It's pretty easy.
