It was a phone interview/screening that lasted about 15-20 minutes, pretty brief. They ask your typical questions: Why Reformation? Why are you looking to leave your current position? I guess the most complex question they had asked me was how do I prioritize my tasks and stay organized.
I feel this question was an indication/foreshadowing that they themselves may not be the most organized place to begin with (which is pretty typical of any fast-growing, "start-up" company), and funny enough, I had actually been warned by a previous colleague of mine shortly thereafter of this. Not sure if this is the actuality, but since it's a fast-growing company, I'm sure it moves fast and it's either sink or swim, or move on.
