While I had a really great experience speaking to everyone on the team, it really should not take 5 interviews and 2 assessments to determine if I am a fit. If I wasn’t working remotely this would have been entirely impossible. There are a lot of comments around “we have a great work life balance, it’s not like we work 80 hour weeks” which worried me.
