Managers are so I’ll equipped and have zero experience and people are promoted who are not deserving and have no clue how to lead and inspire people. Easy interview but no one asked good questions.

Nothing out of the ordinary. Super awkward as the managers are superficial. Come across as nice at first but 2 weeks in, their true colors come out.
