Three interviews with HR Manager, Sales Manager, and General Manager. Be prepared to talk about the company and your sales experience. It is not a difficult interview process but it may take a week or longer depending on the availability of each manager.

Question 1
STAR format with HR (behavioral questions), sales specific questions and possible role play (sell me this) with Sales Manager, and generic questions (what are your greatest strengths) with General Manager.

Interview
In person interview was informal. Had a lengthy discussion around my background and talked about the job and requirements. They eventually gave me notice that I was removed from consideration about 10 days later.

What was the sales process like at your previous job.
They start you with a phone screening once that’s happened you go ahead and interview in person I had to interview with two people and then once that happened they calll you after a week to tell you if you received the job or not
