Interview
After they reviewed my resume, they called me in to take a mathematics/numerical optimization test (study materials given beforehand). Never heard back afterwards. Don’t know why they were testing higher level mathematics and numerical optimization skills for an inherently arts-focused job, but here we are.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Reynolds and Reynolds (Houston, TX) in Jan 2020
Interview
It starts with a phone interview, the lady was nice but can't answer questions about your job she basically just asks really general questions and confirms information. Then no matter the position is two hours of math and personality tests, algebra word problems ect. Finally you get to an in person interview after all that, where they ask you the same things as before. Also be prepared to have other workers come sit in throughout the interview, I had two join midway.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked a lot about why I went to my chosen college. Probably half the interview was about why I chose the school and not about the company or anything.
