Rhythm Engineering Tech Support interview questions

The recruiting and interviewing process is misleading. It appears positive and supportive at first, but then turns disingenuous and unprofessional. They said, "you're a first choice finalist and you have the job". They said any subsequent interviews are just a formality. They verbally promised immediate updates and call-backs. Then they don't follow through. They don't even respond to voice messages and emails. There is a disingenuous undertone with the recruiting / HR process.
