Richey, May & Company interview questions

Interviewed with a recruiter, then a formal interview with two managers on a Teams call. They talked about the department breakout and the culture a lot. At the end of the interview they said they'd discuss internally and I'd hear back from the recruiter within a few days.

It was a 2 week process. You get to talk to the managers and leads. So expect 2 interviews plus a phone screening. They are significantly understaffed so you will likely get the job.
