Have you done code reviews in the software used in your organixation?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at RiverBank (Luxembourg) (Luxembourg) in Jul 2021
Interview
For this role, I went through 6 interviews excluding the initial quick 30min interview with the recruiter. The first 1st interview (60min) was with the team lead where I presented myself, my work and answered some UX/UI questions. I also received a task at the end of this interview to present at the 2nd interview (60min) which was 2 days later. In the 2nd interview, I presented my thinking process and the design solutions. This was also an opportunity for me to ask the team lead questions.
The 3rd interview (60min) was with HR - standard HR interview with lots of questions back and forth. The 4th interview (60min) was with a Partner of the bank, a more high-level interview with in-depth questions regarding my previous experiences and working relationships.
The 5th interview (60min) was with another partner and was very similar to the previous interview. High-level questions regarding my processes and how I would integrate into the bank environment. The last interview, nr 6 (also 60min) was with the COO of the bank. This was by far the hardest interview of them all, very intense, very fast questions and a lot of questions out of order to test I guess how I would do under pressure.
Negative feedback, I waited for almost all of the callers as they were a few minutes late each time. This was slightly annoying and gave me the impression that the interviews were not serious to them.
Positive feedback, everyone was polite and friendly that I met. The COO didn't always allow me to finish my answers and interrupted me sometimes which was bad, but I understood that this was part of the interview strategy.
