Interview
I was contacted after about one month after I applied (I believe by HR). My first interview was with the hiring manager. I was late, unfortunately, however, it was not held against me. The questions were behavioral based, and also I was asked to take some tests.

Supervisor asked what would I do if a manager asked me to do something illegal.

Interview
The interview process was rather informal as I had an internal connection to help me get my foot in the door. It is a nice environment, but it is a hard place to work if you aren't 25 years old or younger.
