RockIT Recruiting interview questions

Kyle, a Sr. Recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn with one of the best intro messages I’ve received from a Recruiter in a long time. I had two phone interviews. The first call with Kyle, and the 2nd with the Director, Talent Acquisition. Next, I had a “Sourcing Challenge.” Upon submitting the “Sourcing Challenge” a verbal offer was extended the same day. I had many questions throughout the interview process and Kyle answered every concern I had with RockIT speed. Everyone I spoke with throughout the interview process was professional and passionate about their work and company. The entire process took about 2 weeks.
