I had a 30-minute Zoom interview with the VP of Talent Acquisition. The conversation went well, and I was informed at the end that they would like to move me forward to the next stage, with details to follow in the coming days.
However, after a week of no communication, I reached out via email to check in and provide my availability for the week. Five more days passed without a response, so I followed up again, updating them on my other opportunities and inquiring whether there was still interest.
Unfortunately, I never received any reply. It was a disappointing experience, especially considering this came from the leader of the Talent Acquisition team. This lack of communication left a negative impression and raised concerns about the entire company and their culture.
